Home-Based Training for the Week of March 16, 2020

Greetings all. We know that time away from the mats can be a bit of a bummer, so the PBJJ staff and community put together this training program to get you through while our doors are closed. We’ve included options for kids, adults at all skill levels, and kickboxers. Everything contained in this post can be done in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to any of the instructors on Facebook.
