Help your children master the inversion roll.

Adult all-level bjj

This week’s video shows two self-defense techniques. The first is off a two-handed choke or shoulder grab. To escape, lower your level, circle your head out and step back. You should have your hands up to parry and to block a potential kick. The other technique is off a shoulder push. Trap their wrist with your outside hand. The other hand will cup their elbow and push it up as you step across. You can take the elbow behind their back and apply pressure up for more control.

Adult Fundamentals

Since José had to miss last week’s class, he’ll be teaching this movement this week.

Adult Advanced

Coach Shane dives into the finer points of pulling lapel guard.

Hybrid Kickboxing

Coach Mike will continue to teach how to build combos using the HKB numbers system. Use the top video above to familiarize yourself with it.

Thursday’s lesson will return to movement and this week’s movement will be the evade. Coach Mike demonstrates above.
