June Schedule Change
June schedule will change with MONDAY’S having a KID’S CLASS added from 5:30pm-6:30pm. WEDNESDAY’S INTRO TO SELF-DEFENSE/BJJ BASIC will now be OPEN MAT from 7:00pm-8:00pm.

Our team did a great job at this past weekends NY open with Benji, Andy, and Jaime representing for us. Also, a big congrats for Jaime’s Bronze win at his first tournament.
